"Mr. Asencio arrived early to my residence to install two new garage door openers on one of the hottest days of year. He worked quickly, installed both motors without breaking or disturbing anything in the space. He cleaned up so there were no screws/nails in the area which would possibly put a hole in the car tires. He did not leave until he was certain they both worked properly and I understood how to operate and program the remote features. I refer professionals in my line of work and will not only use Mr. Asencio's services again, but will refer him without hesitation. I would add that his fees are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed."

For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.).
