"My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......I've been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didn't want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. "Power Home Remodeling was great from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional and made sure my siding and gutter project was completed to my satisfaction. Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. Charlie, Manny, and their crew arrived on time to install the siding and were extremely professional and helpful in dealing with a couple last minute changes to the installation. Isban installed the gutters after discussing placement and how the gutters would be installed. Everyone was professional and took great pride in their work."

The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. "They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age.
