"The repairs, the clean-up, and the pleasant experience exceeded my expectations. A large oak tree fell on our roof, breaking through roof rafters and ceiling joists with branches in the bedroom. It is an older house with loose fill insulation in the attic. As soon as the tree was removed, Steve's crew covered the gaping hole with a tarp and did the interior carpentry to replace the rafters and joists. They also cleaned up in the bedroom everyday so that I did not have to call a clean-up company The entire roof and chimney flashing was replaced. The estimate that was provided for the repair was not questioned by the insurance company, It was a pleasure to deal with Steve. He is pleasant, and always responsive to phone calls and emails. My first experience with Steve was at my daughter's newly purchased house to waterproof a stone chimney. Her "house inspector" said that the two color stone was because they came from different parts of the quarry. Steve correctly diagnosed that a new cap was needed and that water was seeping in from the top. Problem solved- the stone dried up in a couple of weeks and is now the same color on the whole chimney. "I decided to have my roof inspected and replaced (if necessary). I had several companies come look at the roof and I decided on Brothers. After the inspection I was told it had to be replaced and I was given a presentation where I was told everything that would be done, I made a few decisions about materials and colors and gave him a deposit. It took 3 weeks because of other work they were doing and then the weather but they came and took down the roof the first day then came back and put on the new roof on Day 2. They worked nonstop both days and cleaned up the mess before they left. My new roof looks terrific and I am very happy with it. That was the good and now the bad. When I got my estimate ($9500) I was told the only other possible charge was if they had to replace any roof panels. I asked worse case scenario and he said all 65 panels would have to be replaced at $65 each (after 5 free) or $3900. I asked how likely that was and he said that he just completed 2 roofs and hadn't replaced a single panel. So of course 15 minutes after they start he tells me they have to replace all 65 panels. When he came by a few days later for the balance I meant to ask him about my discount but I forgot until after he left. I texted him but my text messages went unanswered until I sent an email to the company and I got a phone call within the hour. I explained that I paid $12,900 after a $500 discount but it should have been a $1,000 discount (website says $1k on projects over $10k). First they said that they gave a $9500 price so the $3900 additional cost doesn't count! Then he changed directions and said that he charged me $65 per panel instead of $75 per panel and when I told him he charged me what he quoted me, he said it could have been $75 per panel. It was obvious that he was going to say whatever he had to say to justify not giving me the discount I was entitled to. Bottom line: Make sure you get all charged and discounts in writing. I was disappointed in how they ignored me for days then gave a poor excuse. I said I would hire them again BUT if I did I would get everything in writing upfront!"

And that included new roof jacks and ridge vents and hauled away the old roof materials. His workmen were quality workers, very professional and the owner is the nicest guy to work with that Iâ ve ever met. If you need a roof I highly highly recommend using him."

"The gentleman arrived promptly after contacting him about a leak we discovered on the upper floors of my home. He gave me a free estimate for the damage repair, and for a total roof replacement(that I asked for-he was not pushy). After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge. The work was quick, clean, and immediately tested. That night we had a rather terrible rainstorm come through, and the area that sustained previous water damage remained dry. The gentleman used a drone during and after the repair, to show me various stages, up until completion. Overall experience was 4 1/2 out of 5. My 30 year old roof needed repairs to the chimney, flashing and roof tiles. Arian showed me pictures of the damage and returned the next day to make repairs. Arian did an excellent job repairing the damage and showed me pictures of the finished product. You can tell he takes pride in his work which is rare these days and his prices are fair.
