The job was scheduled about 2 weeks after the quote and completed quickly and on time. My home was left clean and the workers were very respectful. The floors came out magnificent! "Thiago and his team helped us think through the options for fixing a hole in the floor from our removing an electrical socket. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room.
