"In this particular case, Lance Roofing offered the best price by far. The workers did a fine job.....very competent, hard working, and accommodating. Clean up afterward was very thorough. They finished the whole job in less than a day."

"Inspector Roof is a great company. They were upfront with me about whether or not the insurance would cover the replament of my roof. Even though they said that the insuance wouldn't cover the minor damage I decided to replace my 19 year old roof because the price was so fair. The workmanship of the 4 guys that did the work is top notch. I would definately recommend Inspector Roof to anyone looking for great value and workmanship."

"The had a good crew, came in, removed the bad/leaking shingle are, repaired the roof and installed new shingles, they made it look easy they were so prepared and efficient."

"$29,000 We had our shingle roof completely replaced with a metal on August 14, 2026. We had seen and signed with the salesman, Ethan, on July 22 and was promised our roof would be installed by July 31. The completed results were very satisfactory, thanks to the roof workers but the process from beginning to end was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that the salesman did not even see that we had 3 layers of shingles and could not put the metal roof on without removing the shingles first, the lack of communication, calls and texts Not answered, 3 appointments made and no one showed up, not even a phone call to cancel. The promise of 2 days compensation for the days off my husband had to take to be present and they hadn't called to cancel; the extra material we had paid for was taken instead of left behind as my husband had asked. It felt like a constant fight to get updates and someone on the phone. It just felt the process we were promised, were salesman lies."

"Joe Bryant and the whole crew were professionals at what they do. I had a whole new roof installed that was leaking, the crew was so nice to work with and they had the job done in like 6 hours, they also installed new gutters and everything was perfect"

"Excellent. Randy came first thing in the morning and was right on time. He evaluated and took care of the problem quickly and even cleaned the windows while he was on the roof!"
