"We were in a time crunch to get roof repairs for a sale and Summit stepped up to the plate!"

"My 3-year old gutter sprung a major leak along the seam, causing water damage to the connecting fascia board. The gutters were no longer under warranty and the original installers wanted my firstborn to repair it. Gary quoted a much lower price so I hired Lance Roofing to fix the leak. On inspection Gary determined the problem was not the gutters but within the roof valley. He painted and installed the new boards, but since the roof was still under warranty through another company he instructed me to call them. As it turned out, the problem actually was with the gutter and not the roof; some nails had pulled loose by ice storms over the winter, the gutter had separated, and it only needed reseated/resealed. After a bit of haggling the original roofer finally agreed to complete the work and fixed it for free.
Although Lance Roofing didn't fix the leak as I'd anticipated, they did an incredible job on the board replacement and I found Gary's down-to-earth approach very refreshing. They're punctual, reliable, highly professional and an excellent company to work with. They really care about their customers and I would defintely hire them for any future roofing needs.

"The roof looks great, and the work was done within the specified time frame. When they left, you couldn't tell the roof had been replaced; the yard was spotless!"

"We were completely satisfied with the work and employees from Integrity. Integrity was the 3rd company out at our house to assess how water was getting in after heavy rains. They were the only company to figure out and solve the problem. Other companies wanted to put a completely new roof on when ultimately, that would not have solved the problem. Integrity followed up after the next heavy rain to see if what they had repaired actually worked."

"I am very happy with the new roof. Daryl, the sales rep, communicated everything very nicely and made sure that I was given the best option for my roof. Mike, Devan, and Walter were the project managers and they were very helpful throughout the roof install. I wasnâ t able to communicate very well with the roofing crew but the project managers made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of."

"Everything went wonderfully; I would highly recommend AIS Renovations to my friends & family. They also did a roofing job for me last fall; they removed the old roof on my other property and installed a new roof as a replacement; they also fixed a water leakage on the living room wall, & they re fixed the side drywall."

"They were fast, efficient, and they cleaned up around my house so well that I didn't even know they'd been there till I looked at the new roof!!"
