"I initially contacted College Hunks via their national number. They arranged an appointment with Nolan. Nolan came to the house and looked over everything we wanted to move. He gave an initial time estimate and as well as his hourly rates. We agreed on a start time. <br /> The morning of moving day, Nolan called and verified we were ready. Two movers showed came with a 22 ft truck. We spent about minutes going over paper work, then they got started. <br /> They work very fast and efficient, while still being careful. "Bin There Dump That delivered a dumpster to my house same day when I requested the bin around 1 in the afternoon.  They picked up the bin the same day I called for it to be picked up.  I checked prices in the area from around 10 different vendors and they were the cheapest.  When the driver came to pick up the dumpster, he helped me load a pallet that I laid to the side because I thought the dumpster was too full to put it in.  He also cleaned up some of the trash and debris that I had dropped around the dumpster.  I was amazed at the price and service I received and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a dumpster rental service. <br />"

"I contacted several movers in the central Arkansas area in order to get a 'fair market' price on moving. I researched based on Angie's List ratings, and we arrived at four different companies. We called the other three first. They all came across with bids at or near $10,000. Some of those estimates were only after multiple calls and missed appointments. I contacted All The Right Moves, and Ryan (owner) answered the phone. Even though I found Ryan's personality to be a bit 'dry', he wasted no time in getting down to business. He showed up the next day, walked thru the house taking direction from my wife about what moves and what doesn't, and he shot a bid right on the spot--$3000 less than the lowest bid we'd gotten before. I balked a bit at this, as I live by the mantra "cheap work ain't good and good work ain't cheap". However, the reviews were all the same--Ryan was no-nonsense and got the job done. So we signed on. The crew showed up at the house, and although they arrived slightly late and left a little earlier than expected, they got the job done. Now, we have numerous antiques and a LOT of "trinkets" to deal with. The crew brought in dozens of boxes and a huge stack of butcher paper and bubble wrap. Four days and two trucks later, we were moving. They arrived at our new house on a Saturday at around lunch time. Ryan said "hello" and went to work. The guys didn't stop to chat. They asked where things went and made a thousand trips in and out of the house. In four hours, the trucks were empty. Ryan collected his check and they were on their way. Four hours for two full trucks. After the boxes were emptied and everything was placed a week later, we found the expected bumps and scrapes here and there, but absolutely nothing major. Only two items were broken beyond repair, and they were easily replaced. I sent a photo to Ryan of the broken item and he cut a check for more than the replacement value--no questions asked. I would hire these guys again every day of the week and twice on Tuesday. Don't expect a lot of fancy forms and paperwork--Ryan uses scraps of paper and business cards to jot down his notes, but when it comes to the nut cutting, they got the job done."

"Scott and his team did an excellent job on excavation and removal of dirt and clay, and graded property. Our property had a sloped backyard, that led to water retention at the base of our home. He removed the dirt and clay in a timely fashion, and built a 3-foot-high retaining wall 180 feet long. All of our concerns were addressed, and questions were answered throughout the project. He did an excellent job with cleanup and removal as well. We would not hesitate to use him for future projects if needed."

"Hilton Auto Transport operates like all the other companies. They are brokers that find truckers to move customer’s cars. The trucks are not their employees. The way this industry works is your broker posts the job on an online bulletin board for drivers to see. They take the job if it fits their schedule and meets their financial needs for the trip. The broker is paid their commission and the rest is paid to the trucker directly. Usually bank check or cash upon delivery. We wanted to move a car from the San Francisco area to WV. We had no takers for a week. This was not the fault of Hilton. Truckers seem to be afraid of WV. We changed the destination to a spot in VA that was only 20 minutes away and got an interested trucker the same day. In this industry, you are at the mercy of where drivers are headed. They try to make a load that will be delivered in a cluster for efficiency. You work directly with Nichole and she was good on the phone and tried very hard to find us a truck that would go to WV. We were not in a hurry and we had back and forth emails for a while before we signed up. Once we committed, she was great. Very up front about our particular situation and responded to phone calls. Their commission was reasonable, especially compared to many of the other brokers. The trucker we got turned out to be friendly and very efficient. The entire process was easy once we changed the destination to VA. All in all, we would use Hilton Auto Transport again."
