"As a new home owner, I am more the thrilled by the high quality of work done by Indian Summer Pool and Spa. I called Doug Fender (one of the owners), who made an immediate appointment with me to discus my plans to expand my patio, along with three other companies. Doug when through all available options, costs and expectations on the job I wanted done. Not only did he have a great team of employee's show up on time, they had everything organized from ground prep, rock deliver, concrete delivery, and temporary fencing down to the minute. I was very impressed with the owners showing up to make sure that I as a home owner was happy with each step of the process and that every employee was very efficient and knew their area of expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a project you want done right. Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. This is a company you will be happy with."

"We have been using Watersmith Irrigation for about six or seven years now. They are very good. Any time we have any technical problems they are very responsive. There was a problem once because it did not have enough pressure. I called them and they sent a guy out. He checked the pressure and he said it looked like somebody had turned it down for some reason. He turned it up and turned it on to check if all the sprinklers were working and they were fine. Another time, I couldn't program the system correctly and they sent a guy and he reprogrammed it for me. When they do come out to look into a problem, they leave a little tag on the ground to let you know they have been there. You don't need to be at home when they come out to check on a problem."

"It went fabulous!   Mr. Jim Wood was very CLIENT Oriented.   He listen to our desires, presented interruptions of what he thought we wanted and we tweeked it and with our approval of the plan - he went to work.  Literally HE went to work.   He was at the job site every day til job was finished.  At various internals he would verify with us that it was going as we wanted.  We could not be more happy with the results.  We have had so many nice comments about the project and even has referred out his company information."

"Mr. Dowell arrived several minutes early for our scheduled appointment to review and discuss the scope of work. He provided a firm price quote for the project before leaving the premises. <br />   <br /> The project was delayed a few days due to weather but that was clearly beyond his control. In my opinion, the project was completed in a timely and professional manner. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dowell did everything he said he would do at the quoted price with no surprises or ifs-ands-buts. Very good service and we truly believe we received excellent value for all the work performed."

"They did a FANTASTIC job!  They met and exceeded our expectations.  We talked with Gene about the project and he came up with a wonderful plan to correct issues we had with our front and back brick patios.  They were always on time, professional and completed the job on time.  I would HIGHLY recommend them."

"<p>He never missed a day of work.  He asked my opinion on everything I had him change on the interior.  The buildings were formerly known as Sys's Bar.  That same property is now an upscale; smoke free; very clean ongoing pub for folks to spend leisure in.  I am 110% certain any person whom employ's his company will be more than satisfied as I was/am.</p>"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Mount Vernon, MO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
