"Terrence provided excellent services. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He fixed the clogged bathroom sink immediately and upon my request, showed me how I could unclog the type of sink I have. "The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost."

"We had a leak somewhere in our bathroom that was causing water to drip from the dining room ceiling when the shower was used. Jacob found the problem quickly and replaced the rotted gasket. We also had him replace the tub spout and shower head since he was here. Additionally, we discovered the night before our appointment that one of our sump pumps appeared to be broken. Jacob replaced it with one from his truck. All in all, the service was OUTSTANDING! He took the time to explain everything and demonstrate that the issues were resolved. Pricing was reasonable and service was quick, professional and personable. Cannot rate Pipe Doctor highly enough! Definitely recommend!"

"Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

"Excellent. The technician called and arrived early. He completed the repairs quickly and efficiently at a cost that was reasonable and below what I expected to pay. Will definitely use them next time we need a plumber."
