"They had some decent advice around the services they would or could provide, and they even steered us away from a service that would not work for us. They were very pleasant and friendly and did a little extra work cleaning some mildew from the side of the house. However, several things went wrong: 1. OPEN: They applied a product with bleach that destroyed plants, discolored our bronze oiled door handle, the front door, and the front door kick plate. We chose not to bring this up to them as we wanted to focus more on the next few items. 2. RESOLVED: They improperly installed a dryer vent tube which promptly fell off at the first dryer load. They did come back that evening after a fair amount of convincing, implemented a temporary fix to get us through the weekend, then came back to install the proper fix on Monday. 3. RESOLVED: At least 1-2 windows were not thoroughly rinsed. We called to request they come back and rinse them as they are high up on the second floor. They called to find out if the window was washed, and when we said no, they went to check on getting someone out. 4. RESOLVED: When we originally scheduled the service, we mentioned that our downspout was most likely clogged due to improper installation. And, if standard downspout cleaning didn't do the job, they said they would come back out (for a fee, of course) to remove it in order to clear the clog. After the first rain, the gutters continued to overflow. We called to see if they would come to address the downspout. At the time of the call, they said they would call back "right away". Two days later, we have heard nothing. 5. CANCELED: HVAC concern removed as it is not related to this service. We had our original review pulled down and adjusted the review to reflect the accuracy of the repairs noted above. We are satisfied with the progress so far."
