The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

When the technician came back out he had to realign the door after the cable was repaired, he serviced it including lubricating the door, inspecting it and replacing the rollers to help compensate because it was an unexpected fee for us.While it was noted in the warranty we had overlooked that having an alignment issue would be an additional fee. We had multiple conversations with them over the phone which was good because they were concerned but it did not seem like they were always communicating the conversations amongst one another."
