They diagnosed thoroughly and fixed some things, then reassured me that my stuff was still in quite good shape, even though beyond the usual life expectancy. They taught me what indicators would tell me I should consider replacing the appliance, and the most likely points of failure. And what I should look for and avoid in new appliances. Pricing was very reasonable, and both gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The work was done on time and on budget due to their detailed project planning process. The quality of the work performed was excellent. It's been two years since completed and it's all holding up beautifully. The few issues that cropped up were dealt with immediately without any fuss. Overall, I couldn't be happier that I chose them. "I contacted Stang Plumbing to give me an estimate on replacing the copper water supply piping (hot and cold) in my house with PEX A. Stang gave me a reasonable estimate right from the start. The two other estimates I requested further confirmed that Stang’s estimate was very reasonable and after they promptly responded to several questions I had concerning their proposal, I chose them to do the work. The workers showed up promptly on the first day to start the work and every day thereafter. The lead plumber, Rob, did a great job of communicating the progress at the end of the day and what he intended to accomplish the next day. Each day Rob made sure that water service was restored through out the house and that there were no leaks from the work that had been performed. The piping replacement was completed on the schedule originally proposed. Rob, and his helper Mark, were very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I will happily chose Stang Plumbing for any future work and highly recommend them for any plumbing services you may need."
