"Wires were a mess on one of our garage door sensors, which was the immediate problem, and he fixed that in no time flat. Then he turned to replacing the decrepit sensor on the other side, which was hanging by a thread, with a secure new one with good wire connections. Then he checked out the rest of the system and greased the tracks on the garage doors, so that instead of sounding like a train is passing through the house, you can barely notice them. All this in about a half hour or less.

The disturbing part was that I got the original phone msg that they would be there as scheduled but I didn't get the next one telling me that they would be one day later...nevertheless, they arrived bright and early the second day, the workers were very professional, and they handled my house very well as far as putting down plastic where they walked. The job turned out very nice. They completed the work today and we can't run any water in the tub or sinks yet, but barring anything unforeseen, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
