"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

"Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. I was questioned the diagnosis and then had to argue with the home warranty company. I immediately got on Angi’s list and found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump. They are quick, efficient and friendly! 10/10 recommend!"

"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."
