"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.   <br /> We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.) <br /> When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.   <br /> As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price. <br /> The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Very responsive to purchase and coming out to estimate job. I was surprised by being quoted an extra $120 to remove the bushes. They basically cut down the bushes and took debris with them. Removing the bush stumps were priced higher. So, $320 to cut and take away 2 large bushes and a small one. The attached picture is from 4 years ago, but the largest bushes were about the same size possibly a tad wider and the smaller bush might have been about 3 times the size you see."

"The initial start date was delayed by a couple of weeks since he was backlogged.  They did a good job of removing the old landscaping and overgrown ivy.  The stone walls were well done and the work went fairly well.  There were a few problems with broken irrigation pipes and cut wires but all those issues were taken care and were back to working well.  There was also a broken shutter that took over 4 weeks to get replaced but that was also taken care of. <br /> The real issue I had was with the original quote and price that I agreed too.  I was offered to reduce the quoted price by $250, which I agreed to but there was no mention of reducing the number of plants in the landscape design.  When I went over the list of plants on my design with the final job, there were 4 plants that were missing and Billy stated that those had been removed from the original design which added up to the $250.  I told him that I had no idea that the plants were removed, there was no update to the landscape plans to indicate the removal.  He offered to add the plants for an additional charge which I declined.  I told him that I was not pleased with this surprise and he apologized for the issue but could not add the plants at no charge. <br /> I know he had a lot of issues with his staff and salesman but I cannot recommend him based on my experience. <br />"
