He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Also have lots of plumbing experience, and can operate escavator and skidsteer. Can do framing and fences or benches. I've done professional moving, and can do laminate floors.

"Steve was professional in every aspect. He communicated well, keeping me informed along every step. He was prompt, knew exactly what needed to be done and worked quickly and efficiently. His price for fixing the flashing and replacing the vents/fans was about a third of another quote I got for just the flashing. I would not hesitate to call him again."

"Very thorough and very pleased. They replaced facia that had been damaged by local critters, I then went on to have them replace my gutters and install leaf guard. They coordinated all of their work with my painters and installed the new gutters very professionally. After installation, the job site was cleaned up."

I don't remember when this service was provided; it took me a VERY long time to write this review.
