"We needed a post-construction clean-up of our new home. We have high ceilings, big and high windows. There was dust everywhere on walls, ceilings, etc. Elisa was very professional. She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. She walked with me and let me inspect their work at the end. I will definitely recommend her and her team as they work very well, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. The end result was satisfactory.  The living room and dining room were alright, however, a 72 year old candle holder was broken and nothing was said. The kitchen was poorly taken care of. The family room  and office were satisfactory.
The problem was the same as any other agency.  They are in such a hurry to leave that they are careless and do not treat your property with respect.

Once a year, I gift him for a thorough cleaning of his 2bdr/1 bath 1200 sq ft rental house. Have tried several housecleaning companies. Rosa’s is by far the best and most reasonably priced according to my son. There are about 11 sliding windows with white wooden blinds, 4 ceiling fans, a small galley kitchen, laminate and tile counters and floors. Her crew made small work of these. The place is spic and span. They did a great job ceiling to floor. Most reasonable price so far."

"G & J provided excellent service all around.  They contacted me within 36 hours of purchasing a deal on Angie's List to confirm an appointment and were available to fit me in my suggested days which I wasn't expecting since I was giving very short notice.  They arrived right on time with 3 cleaners and went to work immediately.  I had purchased the $80 for 4 (man) hours of cleaning.  It was explained to me that they would be going a little over the time to ensure a good job since there were so many rooms.  They promised (and did) to keep the price aligned to the deal I bought of $20 per hour which was very fair.
When I arrived back at the house at their completion I was amazed at how great a job they did.  All of the floors (wood and tile), baseboards, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, and closets were cleaned beautifully.  They even cleaned the exterior of some of the more prominent windows which was going above and beyond on their part since I had hired them for interior cleaning.
I would recommend G & J to anyone.  I will be using them again shortly myself for cleaning of the apartment I am moving out of and am heavily considering setting up regular house cleaning service with them.
