After meeting and interviewing 4 additional contractors, Best builders groups project manager, Zohar Regev, was the only person that truly listened to what we wanted and loved as opposed to what is usually done. Zohar suggested many options and thoughts but we are so happy with our new kitchen. The working people were very skilled about managing things around which helped us making better design choices. Our foreman, was on top of the progress and kept us posted daily about progress. He always addressed all of our concerns. They were friendly, hardworking while making sure to clean at the end of each working day. Best builders group was very helpful about including things which were somewhat out of the original plan for no additional cost. They approached problems with a positive attitude and improved things to please our desires. They finished the whole project ahead of schedule. "If there was a field for an A+ rating I would give it to Brian and Protek.  It was absolutely the best contractor experience I have had and I have done many projects over the last 12 years.  Brian and his crew do first rate work.  Brian is very responsive.  He answered all of my texts promptly.  I bought the deal for the countertops through Angies List.  During demolition it was discovered that the existing cabinets were in bad shape.  I was dealing with a time limit as I was having a big party in two weeks.  Brian built me new bottom cabinets which are absolutely beautiful.  Brian worked overtime to complete the project often starting early and staying late.  The work is beautiful.  Many of my friends have lamented about their kitchen contractor taking months to complete the project.  This was not the case with Protek.  Brian and his crew were considerate.  They cleaned up every day and did not jam the trash and debri into my trash can.  Protek also does the work for an affordable price all the while providing their clients with first rate service and product.
Protek is licensed and insured. This is important for any homeowner.  I cannot recommend this company enough.  The counter tops are beautiful as is the back splash and cabinets."

"We called Center to come and inspect, and possibly treat, an overhead supporting beam for termites. We had termite droppings directly underneath the beam for two days and were concerned there might be termites. Andres arrived, right on time, after a call from the office letting us know the inspector would be arriving in a few minutes. He was very nice, personable, very knowledgeable, and got straight to work with his examination of the beam. He brought his tall ladder in, and was very diligent about not getting anything dirty. He inspected the entire beam (which was more than the droppings area) and determined that most likely we did NOT have live termites. The inspection was free. He explained in great detail about the termite life cycle (at my behest). We asked about some spots on the beam and he offered to clean them off, since he had his ladder out! How nice was that???? We were very impressed by this man's manner and professionality. If we ever need termite control in the future, we will most certainly be calling Center."
