"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "I was hard pressed for a concrete Installer! I had one company come out and really messed up. Itâ s concrete, nothing I can do, right? WRONG!! I had hired this company for the next job and without me asking them to take a look at the first job, they looked at it and fixed it! So now both jobs are done and done right!! They know what they are doing, prices are beyond fair, quality of work is impeccable, communication is strong, they show up AND show up on time, they actually care about their work! I promise you, you canâ t go wrong with this company. They really is not enough good things to say about them. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anybody!!
