"We had all the carpet and old wood floors removed from our first floor and replaced with beautiful Acacia engineered hardwood flooring. It looks even better than I had imagined. In 2 1/2 days they tore out all the old wood flooring and old carpet and installed the new floors. Very efficient team. We only wish we had done this sooner!! River City Flooring is the best. From initial sales call to installation everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend!"

"Robert Coleman was a joy to work with, I cant say enough good things about him & the company.There  AMAZING!!!!!!!!  , I have tried to get the pet stains out my self with no luck, I've even had carpet company's come clean my carpets with no luck. I called Color Your Carpet and I set up a appointment  they came out right away, I cant begin to tell you how happy i'm to have my carpets looking like there brand new again, My house is 18 years old and looks like I bought brand new carpet & the pet stains & smell are long gone. I love to entertain & my friends all think I installed brand new carpet. I wish I would have found them years ago all my problems would have been solved. A plumber who was performing work on an unrelated issue recommended Dry Effect after my wife detected  a wet carpet near a wall in our house. Josh the owner responded in a short time. He quickly performed an inspection to access the extent of the water damage and explained to us our options and his recommendation. Josh was knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't pressure us in any way. He also explained to me how the water detection equipment he was using worked and invited me to go on the inspection. Josh quickly assembled his team and within a couple of hours later they had their equipment (dehumidifiers, etc.) set up and running. Knowing it was within a week of Thanksgiving, they worked quickly and thoroughly to resolve our problem. They were also very conscientious on the placement of their operating equipment to minimize the impact on our quality of life. They discovered the source of the leak to be a leaking water line valve located behind the refrigerator. They went out, purchased, and quickly replaced the valve. Dry Effect gave us an informative brochure which explained to us in detail the process and equipment they use to restore your house back to normal. They also provided us with a detailed cost breakdown of the services they provided. We found their costs to be very reasonable and well below what we initially thought it would cost us. Before they completed the process and removed their equipment, they performed a post process inspection to ensure that all the moisture was removed from the affected areas and that we were satisfied. We had our house back before Thanksgiving. Bottom line is Dry Effect is a professionally run company that accomplishes its job quickly and efficiently while doing its best to minimize the impact on your life. I highly recommend them to anyone having water damage / plumbing issues with their home or business.

"I had previously contracted with one of the big box companies to replace a hot water heater that had quit working in one of our rentals.  They failed to show up.  I canceled that contract and called Landon.  Because the person living in the apartment had no hot water, Landon said he  would make time to complete the job that day as he considered the situation an emergency.  We were very grateful for his caring nature.  Landon brought the new hot water heater and he and a helper installed the until that afternoon.  The space for removing the old unit was very tight.  The trim and dry wall had to be torn down in another apartment during a previous install.  We told Landon we understood that they would probably need to do the tear down and then repair the damage in this one as well.  Landon and his helper worked and struggled until they got the unit out with no damage.  There was hot water flowing when the tenant returned that evening.  That is about as good as it gets!"
