"I used Angie's List to help my daughter and her husband find a landscaper to completely replace all their existing trees & shrubs.  Sun Viking seemed to receive high grades so they gave Derek a call, ultimately hiring Sun Viking to do the work - and they couldn't be happier.  The extent of work included digging out and disposing all existing shrubs and trees along the front and sides of their house, adding a small planting bed in the front of their house along with a short wall made of stacked flat stones to surround it, and planting new shrubs and trees.  My daughter and son-in-law were so impressed with Derek's professionalism and his hard-working team.  He showed up at appointments on time, provided estimates quickly, and followed up on questions. "Alex with Diaz Fencing was very punctual and easy to work and communicate with. He came out for the consultation and knew exactly what would be best for our yard. We had been trying to figure out how to do the project ourself for a year since buying our home, but we had a pretty steep decline in the back of our property that would cause the fence to be un level if not fixed properly. Alex suggested doing a retaining wall, and did so in a very cost effective yet still safe and great looking way. He even added solar lights to the decorative steps he created as a bonus without mentioning it. "The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.

"Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived.
