We met with an architect and other contractors. The architect would have been suitable for major renovation and the contractor required a specific build plan. The work was completed by our deadline and we are really pleased with the results. It is worth mentioning that we also required full interior paint, which Olver was able to subcontract out. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
