"Tim Young Tree Service did a great job removing our trees. The consultation/estimate was very thorough and they were able to answer all our questions. They were also very professional and very kind. Although I was not home for the actual tree removal, they were able to cut down 4 very mature trees in a day. The only negative I have to comment about is the stump removal. It was never disclosed to us that it was done by a third party. I do have to put a little blame on myself because their contract did clearly state that stump grindings are left as is, where they are (I noticed this after the fact unfortunately). However, this left huge mounds and huge trenches in our yard that is taken us about a month+ to clean up. We also have to buy dirt to fill in all the trenches left by the stumps and have a bobcat level our yard. You could tell these stumps were huge just by looking at them, so I think it should have been mentioned as a friendly heads up about the possible consequences to our lawn and what a mess it would leave. We probably wouldn't have gotten the stump removal and had another 3rd party do it who would have taken it all away. Even after that, I still believe they are a good company. They answered calls, were very professional, drew detailed diagrams and gave us their professional opinions about the trees. I would still recommend them to someone who needed tree service.
