UPDATE: 10/17/2019 They called me and said they have real hardship in the family and apparently the contractor had some mental problems because of the family hardship. They offered that they will do the job for free but I already had the job done."

"I called 3 contractors and Papaneri & Sons was the only one who responded within a day of asking them to come over and give me an estimate.
