There were several significant stains that he removed that have not returned after several months. The dirt returned quickly to a small but high traffic area. Len returned to re-clean that area at no charge. <br />"

"Chris Davenport from Nationwide Carpet came out to our house to give us a free estimate.  After getting several estimates, we decided to go with them given their price, professionalism and promptness (you'd be surprised how many no calls / no shows).  We went out to the showroom, picked out some tile and carpet, paid a deposit and in under two weeks a crew was at our house doing the install. <br /> <br /> <br />  The flooring installers - in our case the Keene brothers, who are apparently not their usual crew - were prompt, courteous, and very skilled at what they do.  They showed up on Monday the 18th  and worked through Saturday the 23rd until the job was finished.  They didn't even take a break for lunch, despite us offering them food multiple times.  I am very impressed with the flooring installers.  As an example of their attention to detail, they did a very nice "picture frame" around our hearth, all in all it's a small detail but it really looks great.  Another example is where the wood changed direction for the bedrooms off the upstairs hallway, they made sure to do a strip so that the direction change was hidden when the bedroom doors were closed.  These guys were absolute perfectionists. <br /> <br /> <br /> The tile installer was not the most courteous man, perhaps he was upset to be driving all the way out to Brentwood from Mt. Juliet to do such a small job.  However, the tile looks great, and he worked quickly and efficiently.  One minor criticism is that there are a couple of spots where the grout is not perfectly level, there are a couple of tiny "dips", but overall we are quite pleased. <br /> The carpet installer worked very quickly, he installed carpet on the back stairs in very little time.  It looks great! <br /> I really feel like we got a fair price - especially compared with what some people in Cool Springs were wanting to charge - and we are extremely satisfied with the results."

"In the home we had recently purchased, a small area behind a wet bar in the finished (carpeted) basement was not carpeted. Only old looking and dirty industrial carpet was showing. We needed this section to be fully carpeted. I selected a remnant piece of carpet from H and T's warehouse to be installed in this area, not needing the color to match exactly. The remnant was installed about a week later. It took Joey about 1-2 hours to install the carpet. He had not been told the fourth side would require him to glue a seam next to existing carpet, so it required more time and effort than he had anticipated. He assured me it was not unusual for the salesmen to inaccurately quote the price of installation but that my quoted price would not change (and it didn't). The installation, including the seam, looks great. Joey cleaned up as much as he could when finished. (His vacuum wasn't working well that day.) In addition, I purchased a remnant piece of carpet that was to be cut in half and each half bound, making two area rugs. These were to cover the hardwood floors in our children's bedrooms (ages 3 and 1). It took about 2 1/2 weeks for these two rugs to be finished. H and T was kind enough to deliver them to our house when they were picked up from the binder's shop. Our experience was a very good one."

"The end result was good.  But the first cleaning of the shag rug was not adequate, but the Coit team also recognized this and volunteered to take this back for recleaning.  Upon it's second delivery, the rug looked good.  The carpets were cleaned well, and they came back to remove the puckers in carpet that developed upon the first cleaning.  We were pleased with the professional attitude of the Coit crews. <br />"

"From start to finish, Kyle was responsive and professional.  I was recommending him to others before the job was even done.  We had some water damage during last winter's ice storm and were fortunate to have some insurance money to replace our 15-year-old hardwood floors.  I called 3 flooring contractors for estimates, 2 of which were also flooring retailers.  Kyle's wasn't the lowest bid, but his thorough inspection and estimate, along with his advice on installation, gave us a lot of confidence that the job would be in good hands.  His crew members were delightful, same attention to detail and excellence as Kyle, and were a pleasure to work with.  They all seemed to enjoy and take pride in their craft. <br /> Ultimately, we spent more than our insurance allowance, but we know that we have a great floor that can be refinished again and again, unlike our old, pre-finished engineered floors that couldn't be helped.  We're really happy with the results and will use Kyle whenever we have repairs or remodeling to do. <br />"
