First of all, the door where the doggy door needed to go was double-glazed glass with metal grids between the glass panes, and the door is steel-clad. Second, our dog is a Great Pyrenees and 30 inches tall at the shoulder - she's a giant dog and needs literally a giant-sized doggy door. Adam was an excellent communicator during the entire process of ordering the right parts and coming to the house to perform the installation. He was on time and did a professional job. I have installed doggy doors myself for this beast of a dog, and I have paid other professional doggy door installers at other homes to provide that service. I called these guys and not only did they come out the same day, they also replaced the water heater with a 40 gal tank later that night! They had to leave to do another scheduled job, but came back afterwords to replace the water heater for a FRACTION of the cost quoted to me by Lee Company. Also, they do not over charge, despite working well past normal working hours. - The job before they came out for the quote and before they came back to do the actual work both ran over, so they didn't end up leaving my house until 1a. - They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely good guys. They even looked at other items in the house (no charge) when I asked. I will go to them first for my household needs and only if they can't do it will I find some one else!"
