"I left an after-hours phone message and Northeast responded the next day. We arranged for an appointment and their serviceman arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient. We have not seen a reappearance of any crawlers or wasps near the areas of concerns following their service. I thought the price was fair considering that the serviceman needed to don a protective suit, gloves and headgear and risked possible attack from wasps."
