"Where do I start? Susan got back to me very quickly and responsively over email and telephone, and was even able to stop by the same day to show us flooring. Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here. After explaining that to our insurance company they quickly agreed that her assessment was correct which helped to cover and keep beautiful the rest of the house. The actual installers were extremely quick to get the floor down (I was shocked), what I thought would be an all day affair took no more than 4-5 hours to get done. I'd recommend to neighbors in the area if they needed flooring and show them our floor as an example."

"While they did nice work initially they never finished the floor. They are not responding now. Since I paid in full I guess they don?t care."

"Alex and his team did an outstanding job! Alex answered all of our questions during the first visit and provided us with detailed instructions of what will be done for the vinyl fence installation.  He was gracious and patient when we had more questions. Alex and his team completed the job in one day. Their services included cutting down two trees that were on the fence line, removing the old metal fence and installing our brand new vinyl fence which looks great! Thank you Alex and team, looking forward to doing future projects with you."

"Got vinyl plank flooring installed and very pleased with it. Had a great value price and the installers were very professional and knew what they were doing."

"Very responsive and professional. Provided me with a couple of options to choose from."

"Chris and his team not only installed laminate flooring in my foyer, but also painted foyer, up stairs and hall upstairs. installed trim, removed carpet from stairs, sanded down and stained stairs. They where professional, timely, and reasonable. They did a great job redoing my foyer, stairs, and up stairs hall. I will be using them for future projects."

"“I recently had Vince and his wife, Cynthia, owners of Cintex transform my outdated kitchen and flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This husband-and-wife team is truly a dream to work with. The wife handled all the financial and logistical side beautifully—she guided me through the budget process, connected me directly with their trusted vendors so I could pick up high-quality new kitchen cabinets, hardware, accessories, and everything else at their discounted rates. That alone saved me a significant amount without sacrificing quality. Her husband did all the hands-on work, and his craftsmanship is impeccable. He took what was basically builder-grade (even though ‘upgraded’) materials and turned the space into something absolutely phenomenal. The design is stunning, the work was flawless—no visible seams, perfect installations, spotless finishes—and everything was done with incredible attention to details."
