Their work is outstanding and they are very amicable to work with every step of the way. I have dreamed of having a flagstone patio in back of our home for the past few years. When we were ready to have one installed, we went to the Tucson dealer with flagstone on site, chose the color, and asked about installation. They referred us to some local masonry businesses. After meeting with and receiving quotes from a couple, we hired Borja. Mr. Borja was great to work with. He listened carefully to our description of what we wanted. He gave us lots of helpful information about the project, asked us questions about exactly what we envisioned, and was very professional and pleasant in all of our contacts. He kept us well informed each step of the way and always asked if we had any questions or concerns, striving to make sure everything would be just as we wished. The work crew took great care to excavate and prepare the area, checking the slope for drainage as they progressed. We enjoyed watching them place the â puzzle piecesâ to create a beautiful and sturdy patio. The finished patio is beyond our expectations! "Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"

"Dallas came to give us an estimate and preview the work. He helped us pick a color and made recommendations on the colors that would work best for the colors of our home. Nick and James came out to do the work exactly on schedule. They completed the work in a day. We had them apply additional coats of stain and texturing until we were happy with the outcome. They did this without question and stayed late into the afternoon until we were satisfied. A couple of days later the sidewalk still looked a little light to us and they came out the next day and applied additional coats until we were happy.
This was a superb experience. They did excellent work and were a dream to work with. They really bent over backwards to make us happy with the job and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I ever have another job like this or anyone is looking for a recommendation I will recommend Environmental Management in a second."

"Initially, workers were fast and did a great job . Took a while to confirm an appointment. I hired them again (Sept) but this time they took my money and never scheduled the work or answered any of my calls, chat, messages or ,e-mails. If you can get them to actually come out once they have been paid, they do a good job, although superficial. My rating would be A for the first job and F for the second so C is average rating."
