"We hired JMS Fencing after receiving the most reasonable quote for the work, compared to two other companies. Jim, is the owner and was very good about returning calls and texts. We had them install a wrought iron fence on top of an existing patio wall. The workmanship was excellent. Jim s employees were David and Scott, and they did the Install. David worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything very clearly. He emphasized customer service to the max. Scott touched up the paint and did a perfect job. "Hector came out same day I first called him, to give me an estimate.  He is a very nice man. Once I confirmed I wanted them to do the job, they came out again to take some exact measurements.  The next time they came, they installed almost all of the enclosure except for the section above the upper wood beam.  I asked about that section, as Hector had told me it would be a total enclosure and I also asked about the replacement of the bedrooms wrought iron window openers.  Hector said they had been unable to buy the sections that go above the wood beam, as they usually buy those, but they no longer sold them.  He said he would make the sections out of wood and install them.  He also said they would replace the bedroom wrought iron window openers when they returned because they did not have the rods they needed with them at the time. 
When they returned, they installed the sections above the wood beam and I noticed they had made them out of the perforated metal screen instead of wood, so they matched the rest of the work.  That was vey nice.  They also replaced the bedroom wrought iron window openers.  They also painted the white caulking to match the wrought iron and that was very nice.
The job is now complete and it came out very nice, we are very happy with it. 
We would use them again, if we ever need more wrought iron.

"Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. "They initially gave me a quote several months before the work but due to some minor issues on my side we did not contract them right away.
When he came out to do the estimate he was very prompt and had a very good feel of what to do to solve my problem (long balcony railing that was a bit wobbly in the center).  
He was able to weld uprights and tie the railing to the roof.  It looks good and he even painted it with the supplied paint.  You cannot even see the welds.  
The railing is now strong and looks good.  He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I would defiantly recommend Williams Custom Iron to anyone with a railing issue (or any other metal project).
