"I've used Brian's plumbing services several times. In October, 2017, he replaced the "guts" on 3 toilets in my house. In November, 2018, I noticed that 2 of the toilets were leaking slightly. (I used the old food coloring test in the tank to determine this.) I called Brian and he responded quickly. He replaced 3 flappers in the toilets and would not accept payment for this service. Mr. Winstead actively looks for ways to keep the costs down, and has sometimes been able to fix something I thought needed to be repaired, saving me money at his own expense.
