He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Our repair person, Greg, worked hard to resolve our problem with the refrigerator middle drawer door. It had not been installed properly from day one. It was not something that could be determined easily. In addition to being misaligned, although there were holes drilled, screws had been left out that should have kept the door connection mechanism from coming loose! It was only a matter of time before it would have come off. He was able to resolve the alignment problem and found screws that would ensure the door would stay in place. The door feels solidly in place now!"

I could still use the oven just not the broiler, saving me over $200.00. He only charged me for a service call. In today's world, it is nice to see someone in the service business that is honest and is not always thinking of the almighty dollar. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
