The intrusions were minimal and the only annoyance was from my kids wanting to watch and get in the way. He and his helper were extremely courteous to them. During the work, Doug let me know all he was doing and about future concerns about the high calcium build up in our lines. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned as they worked. I was nothing but impressed with their professionalism! <br>The total came in a little higher due to issues unforeseen, just as he said might be the case, but well within what could be expected. After testing the lines and all the work was done, he walked me through the work completed and addressed any concerns and asked if there was anything else I might need or have concerns about. I had none! <br>I highly recommend Doug Powers to handle any and all plumbing needs. His work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism should be highly sought after. He is the only plumber I have ever had tell me that he only does repair work and loves it. <br>--- Also, when scheduling the work, he told me that unless a customer has a leak or major issue, that my work <br>can wait since leaks are priority. I found that to bring my perception of his work ethic even higher than before then! <br>"
