"A very nice young man named Dexter came and very quickly changed the whole sliding screen door screen. He was friendly and very professional. I am pleased to guve him the highest rating."

"It went perfectly. The wallboard was expertly repaired in order to affix new wallpaper, and it looks great. The window had to be special ordered because it's not a size currently mass produced. .Nestor, the handyman, kept us aware of the delivery schedule and installed the window on the first date we had available. The new window looks and works great. I've already recommended Chapin Handyman to a neighbor a couple of days ago."

"Bath room Caulking ,Electrical, window screen resizing and fit .Installation Smoke and Carbon monoxide repairer etc.."

"This review is from work done last year. Mr. Handyman review 11/28/2018: Mr. Handyman (Eric V) sent a text with picture to say he was on the way. Overall, was very pleased with the work done and will use them again. Items fixed: Installed door sweep for the front entryway. Works fine. Took care of the draft. Replaced screen on porch door, and also stabilized the door frame. Working great."

"He was very nice and polite. He was prepared and had thought through our problems with the pictures sent. I think our gate problems have been resolved. I have asked to come back to fix a receptacle and replace place batteries in one of my cameras."

"Home Valet Pros were responsive and professional, from the scheduler, to the estimator, and the workers. The workers were skilled. The primary challenges we had were around communication. (1)The scheduler booked me for two half days, but the workers arrived planning to be onsite for one full day. After a little back and forth with works and the supervisor, the workers agreed to leave and return as originally scheduled. It affected my own work schedule some. (2)Estimator came out and reviewed my request for 4 tasks (drywall, painting, door, shutters); he even took photos of each area of requested. I didn?t notice that the door didn?t make the contract, although the price was the same. Workers who came out, said they could not work on the door. (3) There was drywall dust left throughout the work area I guess because I didn?t explicitly ask for cleanup. I didn?t think to take photos until I was most of the way through my own cleanup."

"Excellent personal skills and professional demeanor. We will hire this contractor again."
