"When you're buying that and you're thinking that you are getting a good deal on a $500 deal and when the guy came and gave me a quote the whole was $7,000. I've only done a small section of my cabinet that cost me $2,000 for four cabinets. When he came and did designs it took like two hours and I wasn't anticipating that and so eight cabinets and two doors were $7,000. When I bought the special deal I thought it was a special deal but really it wasn't a special deal. I was surprised because no one ever called me and followed up and asked whether I was happy. There was one pullout that was designated for glass baking dishes and my glass baking dishes don't fit in the pullout. He never initially mentioned that to me after doing the design that if I'm not able to have a good product done at that price we could break it up into sections. I think that it's a product, they were efficient, they came in and did what they needed to do. Out of everything there was sort of one door that didn't align with what the original plan was and I was expecting somebody to follow up with me."

"We were very impressed with our salesman JD. He was thorough in his process of explaining how the cabinets are constructed at Miller Cabinet and very patient while we made our choices. There are many choices at Miller Cabinet and JD is the salesman you need to walk you through the process. JD was the first designer I spoke with who understood the change I wanted to make in the kitchen design regarding the placement of the new pantry. JD is soft spoken and not a pushy do it my way or no way type of designer. He wanted the kitchen to function for the way I used it and he was all about making me happy with the finished product, and I most definitely am. We were never hurried through any step of this process. JD even met us on a Saturday when the showroom is closed to discuss final stain and design details as it was the most convenient time for both my husband and myself. JD also responded quickly to phone calls and emails. Any changes we thought of to the design were immediately added to the drawings and forwarded by email to us. As Miller Cabinets does not do any kitchen demo prior to the installment of the kitchen cabinets, we hired Murray Construction Group, LLC to complete the demo of the old cabinets and to prepare the kitchen for the installment of the new cabinets. Following the installment of the cabinets by Miller Cabinet, Murray Construction returned and did a fabulous job completing the remodel of our kitchen."

"We met Eric of CC and Studio at the Columbus Dispatch Home and Garden Show held in 2010. We went to the Show to specifically look at cabinet refinishing vendors. CC and Studio's booth happened to be the first booth in that category that we visited, and it literally was love at first sight. We signed up at their booth to have Lori come to our home for a consultation.
