The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. DAM Concrete is a new company, built off of 10+ years in the trade. I started with my families company in Toledo, OH and then I joined Local 886 as an apprentice and in 4 years I became a Foreman. I decided to move down the Columbus 3 years ago working as a supervisor for a company. I've been on all sorts of projects from residential driveways and stamped patios, to commercial warehouses and apartment building to just name a few.
