"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"The original front porch on our house was unusable because it was less than 4 feet deep and the wood floor was unstable and slanting. John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. The project resulted in a remarkable improvement in our house's curb appeal and functionality. John was professional, punctual, creative and reasonable throughout the scope of the project. I would hire him again."

"This wasn't an easy fix.
The original siding was no longer made, so no color match was possible.
Worse, the depth of the siding panels had changed over time, such that 'standard' options were physically unmatchable.
To his absolute credit, Darrin suggested and implemented the perfect solution, placing a length of trim between the 'older' siding and the replacement, such that the eye is fooled into believing there is no repair, it's merely a design feature of the original trim.
Once having conceptualized the solution, Xclusive Homes executed the task to perfection, and in a timely manner  regardless of bad (awfully non springlike) weather conditions.
Xclusive homes did a very professional job of worksite cleanup. too.
Not only am I happy to recommend them to you, - I expect to be utilizing their services again later this year!
