"The original front porch on our house was unusable because it was less than 4 feet deep and the wood floor was unstable and slanting. John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. The project resulted in a remarkable improvement in our house's curb appeal and functionality. John was professional, punctual, creative and reasonable throughout the scope of the project.
