"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

"The estimator explained the product to me and answered all my questions. She measured the existing gutters and the estimate was $1938. for gutter guards for the whole house. An appointment was scheduled and the team came when they said they would. They cleared out the gutters and got a blockage out of one downspout. They took photos (per my request) of the installed gutter guards so I could see the work was done as described. I'm still waiting for the first really big rain to see how well they work. But the whole process was easy. 50% down and 50% after completion of work."
