"Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do."

"I have two young babies (2.5 years and 6 months old). Acorn Home Improvements removed old windows and installed new windows. They were responsive via email and phone, incredibly professional, punctual, they moved the furniture, installed the windows and cleaned up! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality, professional service for an amazing price!"

"Good job. Alexander came when he promised, sized up the work, recommended I keep old gutter but install new hangers. Fair price for two guys on ladders for an hour or so."

"David was really easy to work with and very professional. Knows roofing, was very confident even with our complicated Mansard roof, and did an amazing job. Also had gutter and soffitt issues that he dealt with easily. Would definitely recommend (already have in fact)."

"They did a good job, their pricing was very competitive and they were right on time, they came when they had to come, they did some extra but did not charge me for it, and they put the fence in and I had no problems with the location, they are very knowledgeable and the clean up was excellent, there was no debris left after their work, and they walked me though the project to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They also do other works, so I was considering hiring them again in the future for my roofing. My neighbor saw my fence and they going to hire Carl again for their fence as well."

"Top Superior Construction LLC did an exceptional job with our metal roofing repair! Their communication was prompt, the team was professional and efficient, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any exterior home construction needs!"

"Two different people came to look at the roof. 1st one said he needed someone else to take the a look as he didn't know how to proceed. He said he was the "service manager". He sent the "installation manager". This one took a look and measurements, and said he would come back with pricing to close the deal. He didn't. No one has called or given me pricing. If they can't keep up with simple phone calls, why should I trust them with my house? I will not hire them!"
