"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. One to avoid:  Solar Advantage.  Bugged us to death, tried to trick us into going with them; sent long email telling us how awful Sunpro is, which was all untrue.  All others contacted in our area no where near came close to Sunpro - with info, professionalism, knowledge, straightforwardness, & follow-up.
Note:  They plan the panels for $25,000 in order for LA residents to get the full 50% LA rebate ($12,500) & 30% Federal credit ($7,500), leaving $5,000 as our portion.

"Bill reached out to me within minutes of needing an emergency roof repair. I am out of state and my grandmother had a leak that almost caused her Fire alarm to short and could ve caused a fire. I explained this to him and he said he d be there within 30 mins. He showed up, fixed the problem, and even put the fire alarm back up for her. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
