"I hired Bio Lawn to do regular lawn maintenance in about March of 2018 and for the first year they provided fairly decent and service. However in May of 2019 they performed the regularly-scheduled lawn treatment and shortly aftewards large swaths of my lawn began to die. Now obviously I can't definitively say the treatment was the cause, the grass was in excellent health right up until that point. I then contacted Bio Lawn to inform them of this and tell them to investigate the cause of my grass dying in hopes that they might fix it. A few days later, a representative of Bio Lawn responded to me after checking out my lawn and determined that Bio Lawn was not at fault and would therefore neither attempt to repair the damaged spots or provide a refund for the treatment. This representative even had the audacity to imply that I killing my own lawn by improper mowing. To note, I have been mowing my lawn in the same manner for many years with the same mower with no issues. Needless to say, I found all this to be completely unreasonable and subsequently canceled all contracts with Bio Lawn. I would strongly caution future customers as their customer service and communication leave much to be desired."

"Lawn Mate was prompt,professional and did a good job with our lawn. We have trees and varied levels of land,so the job is not an easy one. The seed that they used must have been high quality seed because it is still doing well under the tree canopy. I would definitely recommend them. It is nice that the service was done to our expectations the first time. <br />"

"I have been using them for years. They are very good. Basically, they come out once a month. Depending on what you want they will come out once a year, or twice a year, or however you set that up. I like their service. They are very good. I have no complaints. It starts probably in March through November. Depending on application and what you want done. My lawn looks great. I am very satisfied. Basically, I kinda have a service agreement with them. They come out so many times, and I have actually them charge me every month on my credit card. The price depends on what services are done. It varies, I have had a couple of things done in my yard. They come out and do what ever they do. They spray and get rid of the grubs and red worms. I have no problems with them, they do a good job. I think they are reasonable on price. I have been using them for years now."

"The services was mostly good, I know that when you call them, you have to leave a message, when you don't get a person right away, you'll leave a message on the phone and then they call you back which is kind of a pain sometimes. We had a package that they go all, from spring, summer and fall, they do all the lawn treatments that go through that with aerating and fertilization. They don't cut or anything, they just do the seeding and stuff like that. Their last service was probably a week or two ago, they came out and did a treatment on it. It's a package deal and I think their price was a little high."

"15 Year old lawn on a corner lot looks great. Grass greens up nicely with little weeds. Will notify if problems areas show up. They are easy to contact by phone or email if you have a questions. Response time is reasonable."

For about $1000 a year they keep my lawn ferilized, aerated, weed free, insect free, lime treated and nuthatch free. The “guys” are knowledgeable, efficient and nice as heck."
