"We have used Patrick's crew for several years and they do great work. They send out alerts as to when they will be fertilizing, aeration, seeding, etc and they are VERY well priced for all they do. We have a dog and it is important that the gates are closed --for obvious reasons -- they make sure that our gates are closed when they leave. They blow all the grass clippings off the walk and driveway... and if the weather prevents them from getting there and the grass gets a bit too long... they will bag the grass so as to not leave dead grass all over the place. I was hesitant to have someone else do our lawn care, but after having Patrick and JustAeration do the work... I have determined that the secret to having a beautiful lawn... have someone else who knows what they are doing do it... Unfortunately we are moving out of the area so we will no longer have their services but HIGHLY recommend JustAeration!!"

I contacted Tropilawn Landscaping directly after they offered a special on Angie's list.  The special had expired by the time I had gone online to purchase it, but they agreed to honor it for $169 for 4 hours of landscaping and lawn clean-up, and I got on their busy calendar.

Gualberto and his team arrived on time and got right to work.  We have a lawn that needs a lot of work and landscaping, and they weeded existing beds, expanded them, edged them, trimmed up lots of bushes, added a bed around our lamp post and planted some spring flowers, planted flowers in our front and side beds, added mulch to all of the beds and did great clean-up.

There was a lot of work involved and we paid them for the difference in what was offered in the Angie's special.  We talked to them about additional landscaping around the back of the house and clean-up along a fence we have that has a lot of overgrowth.  We are doing things in stages, but Tropilawn is coming back out this week to finish the rest of the landscaping around the house and is also going to bring topsoil, grass seed and hay for spots in the lawn where we had tree stumps removed and we need grass to grow.

The next stage will be the fence area clean-up, and we have also requested to get on their schedule of regular lawn mowing since we have not been happy with our current provider.  We still have lots of additional landscaping projects for them, and we are looking forward to working with them to get our lawn in great shape.

We would recommend Tropilawn and Gualberto to anyone and were are very pleased with their service!
