Troy proposed a plan to improve drainage by running drain pipes from all of the downspouts, and then adding top soil and sod. Afterward, I followed his watering instructions to a tee, and the yard is now absolutely beautiful, and we don't have rivers flowing through the yard when it rains, either. He added fabric and rock under our deck, too. The price was reasonable for the work, and Troy and his crew were polite and responsive. A great experience, and I would use Superior again."

"We have used Patrick's crew for several years and they do great work. They send out alerts as to when they will be fertilizing, aeration, seeding, etc and they are VERY well priced for all they do. We have a dog and it is important that the gates are closed --for obvious reasons -- they make sure that our gates are closed when they leave. They blow all the grass clippings off the walk and driveway... and if the weather prevents them from getting there and the grass gets a bit too long... they will bag the grass so as to not leave dead grass all over the place. I was hesitant to have someone else do our lawn care, but after having Patrick and JustAeration do the work... I have determined that the secret to having a beautiful lawn... have someone else who knows what they are doing do it... Unfortunately we are moving out of the area so we will no longer have their services but HIGHLY recommend JustAeration!!"

"I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner, Jim, that resulted in me giving him and his company a chance to provide their services. Kevin was the team lead and was very professional and pleasant. He and his team arrived around 9a ready to work. He checked with me to ensure that he understood what I needed, and they proceeded to work. They were finished in about 2.5 hours, and I walked around back to see how the bushes looked. I was pleased with how neatly cut they were and with how well the leaves had been removed from the entire lawn. All three gentlemen respectfully thanked me prior to leaving. I was very pleased and plan to enter into a contract to have Jim and his team take care of my lawn this season."

"We had a big tree in our back yard that was clearly dying but, with several obstacles to removing it, we were very hesitant. There are power lines, etc., that ran underneath limbs on two sides plus a small pond under branches on a third side. I got three quotes on removing the tree including Pro Arbor. One was from a 'company' that's done other work in the neighborhood but which is really just a couple of guys with equipment.The second was from an actual company, bonded & licensed, and the third was from Pro Arbor. Pro Arbor came in about 5% higher then the other company and the roaming crew was much less. But I went with Pro Arbor based partly on the reviews here on Angies but also based on the visit to do the estimate. The owner of PA came out, spent a lot of time looking everything over and even more explaining what was going on with the tree (and why we weren't going to be saving it).
Although not the tallest or biggest tree ever, certainly one with challenges. The crew arrived on time, got set up and started work promptly. They were courteous, friendly but not overly so and more than anything, professional. There wasn't an hour-long coffee break or a two hour lunch: they handled themselve around my home professionally and did the job the same way. They were able to remove the tree without damage to the various wires or to the pond and landscaping around it.
I've had other trees removed over the years, again -- some by the random guys with chain saws and a couple by actual tree companies. As I told the crew when they were done: this was the first time I felt like I had hired and paid for tree professionals and received a professional job from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Pro Arbor if asked and I'll never go back to using just anyone: this crew was the real deal and I could not have asked for anything more from them!

Was one day late providing service and then was late arriving on the day services was provide. Did trim pine tree in rear, did a fair job, but did not do a quality job cleaning leaves in brushes. Some of the trim was of poor quality. Tried to blame the lawn care providers who provide service to the community for messy and incomplete work. Called and spoke with owner promise to come back the following work, never showed. I guess what do you expect for $169 of my hard earned retirement money.
