I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. We did run into an issue with one window, when it arrived it was the incorrect size. Replacement window was quickly ordered and will be installed when it arrives. Just know that with polar bear your paying for the quality."
