"I found Angelo after meeting with several roofers after discovering a leak in our old roof. We did a walk through and he provided me a detailed analysis of what was happening with the low pitched roof and why we were getting water intrusion. He was transparent about pricing throughout the process and did not low ball the estimate. From materials ordering to removal and replacement of the roof his team was efficient; in and out within a week. Quite impressive. All of his team supporting the roof, Carlos and others were professional and thorough. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
