Fred came out as scheduled and within the week I received documents covering both his findings and his proposal, including photos of what the finished product looks like in a similar home. His crew of two came out 2 weeks later, as scheduled, and installed the Universal Foundation Plates (UFP) under the house at 6-foot intervals in about 7 hours. Attached image is of a typical UFP installation. The price included the Culver City building permit, which Fred insisted on obtaining. The crew did an excellent job and the Culver City inspector agreed. I highly recommend Fred and his company for earthquake retrofitting.
