"The Greentree team was excellent. Dan completed our estimate and answered all our questions regarding the work that would be performed. The installation team led by Troi, with Jessie, Art and Delmonte arrived on time every morning and worked hard to complete their quality work. They tarped off areas/furniture in the basement to reduce any dust, but honestly, they left the basement in better shape than they found it. Any questions we had, they answered in detail. In our opinion they went above and beyond our expectations and were a great group to work with. We have since had 2 inches of rain with no water in the basement. Looking into the new sump I can clearly see water coming into it that previously I would have had to shopvac off the floor. Thank you! In terms of cost we received 2 estimates and Greentree's was significantly lower than the other vendor."

"My wife and I contacted Don Felton using Home Advisor, Don was the only contractor who listened to us and understood what we needed to fix our drainage problem! Don and his crew put in a French drain in our yard, so that water can drain away from around our window wells and keep them from filling with water! After Don left you could hardly tell that they were here except for where we asked them to put the excess dirt in a low spot in our yard. His workers even removed the rocks from the dirt and racked it level! I highly recommend Sure Dry Waterproofing (Donald Felton) Very professional and a Great person to work with! Don also installed a new sump pump in our basement at a very reasonable price and gave us a 5 year warranty on it (the manufacturer only gives you 3 years)!"

"This is an amazing group of people who work work well together and care about the quality of their work. After spring flooding we had an interior waterproofing system installed which required over 200 linear feet of foundation trenching to install a water collection system and 2 sump pumps. Darrin was incredibly thorough with the system design and answered dozens of my questions. Andy did a great job working around our schedule. Jeff and his crew did the job quickly and professionally. I do a lot of my own home projects and I'm particular about my home repairs. This group went beyond my expectations from the trenching itself, installation, pea gravel fill and concrete foundation repair (which was flawless). It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. If you need a company that does many different things then give AOM a call and see what you think.
