"After troubleshooting the problem for almost a year we took the plunge and had the line video cast. It had collapsed about 15 feet outside of the house under the concrete patio which was below the second floor deck. Not an ideal location. They came out and cut thru the concrete and were able to run a bypass to the other side. To be clear they extended the line in a giant "U" shape around all the obstructions. Luckily the drop on my line was sufficient to tie into it on the other side. This prevented them from having to run it all the way to the street. That saved me about $3000!!! 5 months and it's still flowing great. Guys were professional and friendly. I can't believe two guys knocked out all that work in 1 day."
