"<p>KPC sent Don out to investigate the termite situation and do the spot treatments at our vacation rental house.  He was informative and came back a second time to follow up.  On the first occurrence of termite droppings earlier in the year (May 2014), KPC responded to the call from the property managers right away.  At the time, I didn't feel like they shared my sense of urgency about the situation or had a follow-up/action plan but that could have been a misunderstanding my part or a miscommunication.  Admittedly I was a bit freaked out having never dealt with termites before.  Oddly enough there wasn't another breakout of termite droppings until I returned to Kona 5+ months later!  So that's when Don came out and explained how drywood termites behave and did a pretty thorough spot treatment of the affected area.  He was also happy to do a little extra spraying for the tiny red ants on the lanai out near the pool.  It's also worth noting that the sugar ant population is way, way down.  I don't think I saw a single one in the house when I was there.</p> <p>Overall KCP has been reliable, responsive and professional, which is something you definitely can't say about every vendor or service provider in Hawaii (to put it mildly).  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.</p> <br />"

The windows were also very high off the ground). I needed to return to the mainland while he was scheduled to do the work. He was very good at communicating with me by email. He also sent me photos of his progress. When I checked his work after I returned, I was pleased. He did an excellent job."
