"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"My heating/AC was not working. Called Clemmer Services and someone was able to come out the next morning and do a diagnostic. The worker was very friendly and professional. The diagnostic fee was waived when he did the repair. The transformer was blown and was replaced for $231. The problem ending up being the circuit board (during the diagnostic was mention), which had to be ordered; and the part came in the next day. Clemmer replaced the circuit board for $425 and threw in the heat sensor for free. Overall it was a great experience, the worker was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. <br />"

"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"I highly recommend Mark. He has made repairs to a variety of problems at my house, and not just run-of-the-mill basic things. Mark is smart and talented in addition to being fairly priced, punctual, etc."

"They did an excellent job fixing it and can't tell they had to cut a larger whole in the shower wall to fix the pipe that leaked."

"Good job, reasonable given the cost. My only complaint was less than meticulous clean up of the siding debris. <br />"
