"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"I got the parts I ordered, they were packaged very well and Ashley was an absolute gem to deal with. I had an issue with my parts I received and she jumped right on the matter and resolved it immediately. I am completely happy with this company and will definitely use them again for any parts needed on any of my appliances. Completely professional, courteous and thorough!"

"I have used Moretto Plumbing several times and have been happy with the service, punctuality, professionalism and price each time. HOWEVER, I phoned and spoke with Jack Moretto about my toilet problem and he instructed me to text him photos of the inside of my toilet tank, which I promptly did. He did not call back that day so I phoned and left a voice mail inquiring as to whether he had received the photos. It has been a week and he never did respond."

"This was fantastic.  These folks are so professional including all of their workers as well.  And everyone cleaned up after themselves.  When the counter top guys were there and cutting the counter top out in my driveway...when they left it was like you couldn't tell anything had been cut on a electric table saw.   <br /> <br /> Susan is so great about coming and meeting with you on your time schedule and helping to pick out cabinets, pulls, counter top type and color.  She'll even discuss paint color with you if you ask.  I completely redid my kitchen with new appliances and she specifically asked me the color just to make sure nothing was going to clash with the finish on the cabinets or the counter top. <br /> <br /> I really can't give these folks high enough praise or scores on this site.  I've had really bad experiences with contractors, handymen and such over the last 25 years of owning the same home, but I have no problem giving these folks my full endorsement.  It might take a few weeks to get the cabinets in, depending on the backlog from the company they order from, but it's worth it.  I did the demo of my kitchen on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon I had a kitchen with cabinets and counter tops.  Kitchen Tune Ups doesn't connect stoves, sinks, microwaves or dishwashers, so you'll have to hire someone do get those things completed for you.  However, these cabinets and the professionalism showed by everyone is well worth, not only the money, but any wait you might have from ordering the cabinets.  Once Kitchen Tune Up gets the cabinets and you can arrange for them to come out...they don't take long to get the job completed and to your satisfaction.  They guarentee their work and that's worth something right there, so many people won't or say they do then disappear.  You won't have that problem with this company. <br /> <br /> They keep their word and came out to fix a door that didn't shut quite right and replaced a cabinet door that had a natural blemish in the wood color that looked, to me, like a black mark or burn on the wood.  Nothing really wrong with the door, and I wouldn't of had it changed except it was on a upper cabinet door that you noticed the first time you walked in the ktichen.  Down lower and it wouldn't have been an issue.  They made the case to the cabinet company and prevailed..they replaced the door in 2 weeks. <br /> <br />"

FAQs for fridge, freezer or ice maker repair or service projects in Mountain-Pine, AR

Most ice makers are similar in design, and some parts are interchangeable. However, if your ice maker has advanced filters or special features, it's best to use the same make and model to ensure everything works properly. Ask your appliance repair pro to check your appliance specifications to be sure.

With regular use and proper maintenance, an ice maker typically lasts about four to five years. If you keep up with tasks like changing the filters every six months, you might get up to 10 years out of your ice maker. Address any problems with your ice maker right away by calling an appliance professional to ensure you solve any issues before they escalate, helping to keep your ice maker running smoothly for longer.

Your refrigerator's age plays a big role in deciding whether to repair or replace the ice maker. If your fridge is nearing the end of its average 14-year lifespan, it might not be worth investing in expensive repairs since other parts could fail soon. Getting a diagnosis from a refrigerator repair pro can help you decide what's best.
