"Cuevas Lumber replaced a shared fence on our property almost 9 years ago. Since the job was arranged by the neighbor, I wasn't there to look at details. I thought our gate was installed a bit tight, but it worked, so I left it alone. Over they years things were shifting and this year it got to the point that the gate was almost jammed. It took a bit of effort to find the contact info to the contractor who did the job, and two days after I called them Fidel came over and fixed the gate, cheerfully, perfectly, and under a goodwill warranty - 9 years after the fact. How is that for customer care? How the company stands by its services is probably the best measure of its true quality. It is getting rarer by the day to find people who still care. When you do find them, keep them in your contact list. This guys is a keeper."

"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher! "David has now helped me twice and I cannot recommend him enough, he's wonderful. If you need more than one person, I know he can also bring more people if the project requires it. For me, he installed a new faucet and water filter perfectly and his pricing was fair. Next, he helped me finish a complicated instruction murphy/wall bed. The first contractor I hired rushed the project at the beginning so I stopped working with him and David completed the project perfectly. He also helped me hang a bunch of items (my building has metal studs) and everything is secure to the walls and looks wonderful. Seriously, do not hesitate to give him a call, he's honest, kind and does great work, what more could you want?"

When we went materials shopping, he made sure we had a complete list of everything we needed for the tasks for the day, so the shopping went very efficiently, I liked that he gave some explanation on why he selected certain types of materials. Kerry seamless handled the variety of tasks I had asked for. At the end of the day, Kerry left all work areas in good condition.
Kerry is great guy for remodeling jobs because his experience for all the various types of work needed, as well as very willing to offer instruction if you want to do some of the remodeling work or prep work yourself. I am on a limited budget, and also really appreciated that he was very conscientious letting me know how to get good value for the materials I needed

"They did a fantastic job and even came in at the best price. They came in on a Thursday and took out all the concrete with a bobcat into the trucks. They put in new beautiful pavers that look like cobblestone. We used to have drainage problems and they even did it in a way that everything drains underground into the street. They were clean, pleasant, and worked very hard. We are thrilled with the end result and have had a lot of compliments. We will continue to highly recommend them to anyone."
